TQ04A (Functions that can be blocked) is a transparent table in SAP ERP ECC 6.0 EHP8 systems. It is part of the QM (Quality Management) Module, specifically within the QM-PT-RP-PRC (QM Control in Procurement) application component and is located in the QB (QM in procurement) package.
